TBR 2024

In 2023, I only read read 13 books, down from 38 the previous year. In 2024, I’m still prioritizing books that I have physical copies of and want to decide if I want to keep or not. In the absence of a really clear priority (for instance, reading The Thirteenth Tale or The Last Unicorn), I use a book randomizer I made in Excel that is weighted towards books I have a physical copy of (marked with asterisks). Of course, if past years are any indication, then the list is a formality, since most of my reading comes from the “additional” bits, but this year I was honest with myself and added a few books I’m planning on reading.

Anyway, here’s my TBR (To-Be-Read list) for 2023!

Key:

  • Bold green text denotes a book I read
  • Bold blue text denotes a book I read that was not originally on the list
  • (Audio) denotes a book I read in audiobook format
  • (Hybrid) denotes a book I read simultaneously in audiobook and traditional formats.
  • * Denotes a book I’m “prioritizing” because I already have a physical copy.

Books on Initial List: 84

  • Books from List Read: 4
  • Additional Books Read: 1
  • Total Books This Year: 5
    • Last Updated February 28, 2024.
